These policies are considered an educational and administrative contract, and commitment to them is mandatory for the student or guardian upon registration. The Ijaazah.com platform is an educational company officially registered in the United States of America, Virginia State. All its activities are managed completely online, and there is no physical educational headquarters.
The educational process is overseen by a select group of male and female teachers from the Arab Republic of Egypt and the two Holy Mosques (Mecca and Medina). Classical Arabic is the mother tongue of the teachers. However, all teachers can communicate in the student's language (Arabic, English, or other available languages) to ensure clear explanations, easy understanding, and the best educational benefit.
Basic Definitions

- Teachers: From Egypt and the two Holy Mosques, their primary language is Arabic, and they can communicate in the student's language to ensure clear understanding.

- Session: A scheduled educational session (usually 30 or 60 minutes) between the student and the teacher.
- Monthly Cycle: A billing period (approximately 28 days) on which fees and services are calculated.
- Force Majeure: Exceptional circumstances beyond control, such as (global outages, natural disasters, epidemics).

Article 1: Registration Information
General Rule: The student/guardian is required to enter correct and complete information upon registration.
Required Information: Full Name, Date of Birth, Active Email, Correct Phone Number, Country/City, Preferred Language, and Student's Level.
Article 2: Personal Accounts
General Rule: The account is personal and designated for the student only. Sharing with third parties is prohibited.
Article 3: Account Cancellation
Accounts can be cancelled by the student (in writing after settling fees) or by the company (for non-educational use, behavioral violations, or misleading data).

All appointments must be set in advance through the official control panel. Direct agreement with teachers outside the platform is not allowed.
Article 5: Absence and Postponement
Students must notify the administration at least 12 hours in advance to cancel or postpone. Late notifications or absences without notice result in the session being counted.
Article 6: Teacher Absence or Delay
Teachers are committed to scheduled times. Any delay or absence is dealt with seriously, and students are compensated for teacher-side issues.
